Established in 2009, Common Equity NSW Ltd is a Registered Community Housing Provider, who supports the NSW Cooperative Housing Program in providing social and affordable rental cooperative housing.
Common Equity NSW works in partnership with NSW Housing Cooperatives and other stakeholders across New South Wales . We are a Class Two Registered Community Housing Provider, managing a wide range and growing number of properties that we lease to Housing Cooperatives. We are a ‘not for profit’ Company incorporated as a ‘limited company by guarantee’ in December 2009.
